A proud B-Corp we focus on using business as a force for good, balancing people and planet with profit. We are looking for an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations team. You will be happy working in a fast-paced environment and you will be comfortable with changes: no two days are the same here.
What we are looking for
Your role will be to provide engineering planned preventative maintenance and breakdown support on the plant and machinery that we have at our packhouse in Redditch. Your engineering expertise is key to our production process to ensure high levels of productivity are maintained on our production lines.
You'll be working on: fault finding, regular maintenance, Siemens PLC on pick-by-light systems, bag opening and sealing machines, Lantech case erectors and sealers, palletisers and labelling machines. You'll have the opportunity to create and develop a team of technical operators, and upskill them through appropriate training and leadership.
