We now have a rare opportunity for a Product Manager to come and join a small team with big goals. We are looking for an experienced product manager to focus on our checkout, supply chain and post-purchase journey. Ideally, you will have a grocery or other fresh food background and the customer mindset when picking, packing and delivering fresh food to the door.

You will know good Product processes, how to discover and deliver, delve into the data and understand how to optimise our service to ensure that we continue to provide excellent service to our customers every time. You will be happy working in a collaborative environment, have excellent attention to detail and take people on the journey with you.

• A seasoned Product Manager who understands techniques and methods of product discovery and product delivery.

• You will have at least 3 years working on digital products and ideally, experience working in a fresh food delivery service

• Know the pinch points for the business and the pain points for customers as part of the all important operation to deliver food. 

• You will ideally be working as a product manager in a supply chain and post purchase retail space

• Bring with you the ability to ideate, iterate and experiment to deliver gains in key experience metrics, such as LTV.

• Be hypothesis driven through data decision making and figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints while assessing the risk

• You can talk and engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. We don’t need egos

• Bring your best storytelling techniques so that you can clearly show the problem and the approach to take to resolve it.

• Help set the strategy and roadmap for a best in class digital experience that will power Mindful Chef’s mission of making healthy eating easy and meet our immediate business goals

• Collaborate with backend engineers to ship impactful features that enable the maintenance of our digital platform to delight our customers and our colleagues

• Build cross functional relationships across our business with marketing, customer service, commercial, and engineering teams to facilitate solving complex business problems

• Deliver a great user experience for our end users

• Hybrid Working - typically employees are in the office twice a week however we are happy to discuss twice a month (or less) if travel to Wandsworth / London is tricky for your personal circumstances.
