About the role
The CRM Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of customer relationship management activity across Slimming World Kitchen. The role focuses on driving retention, lapse prevention, winback and revenue performance through email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail. The CRM Manager works cross-functionally with Technology, Acquisition, Customer and Brand teams and is accountable for CRM performance reporting, lifecycle strategy and day-to-day execution. |
You are
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an email or CRM marketing role.
- Experience using CRM platforms or ESPs, including complex journeys and dynamic content (e.g. Liquid).
- Demonstrated experience in campaign analysis, reporting and optimisation.
- Copywriting experience for performance-focused email communications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM and campaign data to drive optimisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple CRM initiatives simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
