2+ years of experience in an email marketing role and an understanding of best practices.
Copywriting experience essential.
Hands-on experience with CRM, ESPs or customer engagement platforms.
Highly detail orientated.
Proven ability to use analytics and run A/B tests to improve communications.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Efficient and hardworking with a flexible and hands-on approach.
Mindful Chef
Create best-in-class email/SMS/push campaigns across Mindful Chef audiences using Customer IO on a daily basis across Leads, Winback, and Active customers
Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentives to drive performance.
Continually evolve & optimise the weekly broadcast & trigger email funnel, working with the CRM Manager & Brand team to ensure content reflects the core brand & trade plan, and drives spend, cross-sell, conversion & retention.
Responsible for copywriting (or briefing copy), and working closely with the design team to create email content that maximises conversion and spend with key customer groups.
Leads emails: Plan & execute broadcast and trigger campaigns that drive conversion & new sign ups. Report on weekly & monthly performance.
Work closely with the Food/Commercial team on Supplier partnership campaigns, including coordinating dates, email copy and creatives, approvals and reporting.
Assist the Customer Care team with email related enquiries and optimise triggered email campaigns based on feedback.
Slimming World
Manage core customer journeys across customer and lead profiles (triggered)
Build & execute weekly broadcast emails
Create weekly menu excitement emails with segmentation by portion size and diet
Execute tactical campaigns (highly targeted and measurable - this could be reactivation, to drive reviews/boost loyalty/engagement)
Always on approach to A/B testing: understanding effectiveness of different messaging within emails and improving conversions
Work with CRM Manager to deliver seasonal strategic campaigns per year through emails
Weekly reporting on email performance, cancellation rate & headlines on upcoming activity
