You will
The role will be split between Mindful Chef and Slimming World Kitchen CRM.
Mindful Chef:
Own the implementation of Retention, Lapse Prevention & Winback Tactics across all online & offline channels (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail) - and report on monthly performance against budget.
Management of 2 direct reports: Email Marketing Executive, CRM Executive.
Work closely with the Tech team to implement front and back end changes across digital channels (emails/push/in-account) that can optimise retention performance.
Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentives to drive performance.
Work with key stakeholders and teams to define best practice in deliverability and email design.
Work closely with the Customer Lead to develop an email communication plan which spans across the entire customer lifecycle: Leads Conversion, Active and Winback. Identify opportunities to drive spend, cross-sell, improve retention & reduce churn by delivering personalised & on-brand communications to Customer Lead and Senior Brand Communications Manager to deliver Trade Communications for Recipe Box seasonal campaign and product news
Interrogate email and customer data to find opportunities to drive performance across the lifecycle. Develop targeted campaigns that drive retention, spend & cross-sell performance
Work closely with the Acquisition team to implement & continually evolve Leads Email Strategy. Plan & execute broadcast and trigger campaigns that drive conversion & new sign ups. Report on weekly & monthly performance
Continually evolve & optimise the weekly broadcast & trigger email funnel, working with the Email Marketing Executive & Senior Brand Communications Manager to ensure content reflects the core brand & trade plan, and drives spend, cross-sell, conversion & retention
Implement an ‘always on’ testing mindset within broadcast & triggered emails to drive performance, including but not limited to; subject lines, optimal send timing, creative, targeting & segmentation
Responsible for copywriting (or briefing copy), and working closely with the design team to create email content that maximises conversion and spend with key customer groups
Drive a monthly emails review meeting with key stakeholders to look back on performance
Focus on driving active customer engagement and implementing strategies to reactivate lapsed customers to maximize retention and lifetime value
Slimming World Kitchen
You will own the relationship with Slimming World Kitchen, and plan and oversee all email marketing, alongside monthly email performance and retention reporting to SWK.
You will own the marketing email calendar planning and overseeing the CRM Executive’s workload on SWK brand.
Responsible for all SWK email flows, including maintenance and continuous innovation and improvement.
